Sunday Jeep Ride...

Dan took us for a jeep ride Sunday. We were crunched for time - Matt and I had a birthday party to go to... Gas turned out to be the issue. We were on a road along the ridge of some mountains. It was pretty intense, steep slopes on both sides. There was even a sign in memory of someone. This is probably not a road we'll travel down again. When our gas light came on and there was nowhere to turn around, Dan ran out ahead to check for places to turn around. He figured we would run out of gas before he would be able to back down. Luckily, his jog up the mountain found us a turn around - whew! We puttered back into Barney's for gas.
