The Adventures of Ben, Matt, Abbie, and Clair: Matt turned 2 on October 24th!

Matt just turned 2. We went to open gym, showed Nana the sand dunes in CA, carved a pumpkin, talked to Daddy, opened presents, and Matt ate icing from his cake.

They finally made it!

Matt loved his birthday gifts. He didn't know what to play with first. Thanks for all of the thoughtful gifts.

Ben works a puzzle with Nana. He also enjoyed having Nana visit. A local firefly character named Fuddle was in his classroom on Friday. Fuddle gave out tattoos. Ben calls it his Fuddle fattoo. You can see the purple blob on his arm.

Katie and Doug sent Matt a new Fred plate. Matt gets to decorate Fred with his food. Thanks for trying to help us make mealtimes more fun for Matt! He decided to put the wheels from his new automoblox (a JEEP) on Fred's eyes.

I got Matt the hand bowl from Lowe's that he just loved when we were at the store.

Grammy and Grampa gave Ben an early gift - HANDY MANNY REPAIR SHOP! How exciting! He needs some help with the projects, but he is great at using the hammer and screwdriver. He was watching Manny's show today and didn't know if he should try to build with Manny or watch the show. It is difficult being 3 - so many decisions to make.
