Matt seems to be feeling much better with his Prevacid again. I thought his whining was due to a lack of attention. I think it may have been his ulcer. He definitely has a healthy appetite. He eats all day long. "Hey Mom..." Now if we could just stop having so many accidents...
Ben loves being back at preschool. He really loves showing his new baby sisters off to anyone that'll listen. We told him last weekend about Dad leaving on the boat. He seems to be taking it pretty well. He is also getting smarter by the day. When we were in San Diego, he desperately wanted to go to the zoo. He said that we should do whatever Matt wanted to do since Matt had his procedure. What a nice big brother... "Hey Matt, don't you want to go to the zoo?" Funny guy!
I'm recovering from mastitis. Ouch! Always something crazy going on for me! Our playgroup friends are bringing us dinners now. It was such a relief when Alice showed up with some warm potato soup after being home alone all day with the kids Monday running a fever, having chills, taking Ben to school, etc. Alice even let Matt come for a play date the next morning. He loved it! He played with her son, Mason, and their dog, Ashton. Matt even knows Mason's name starts with M. He even peed on Miss Alice's potty! We've heard so much about it. I'm glad he had such a great time, and so thankful I had a chance to get caught up and recover. The meals just keep coming, and all of them are awesome. We have the best friends ever!
Dan is busy with work (as always). He is currently working on becoming a WTO (Weapons Training Officer, I think). He is celebrating MLK day at work preparing for his lecture tomorrow. We still don't know when he is leaving for his deployment (sometime in Feb. is all we know at this point), where we are moving, or when we are moving. One thing at a time I guess! Right now, we're enjoying as much family time as we can get.
Abbie and Clair smiling!
Clair is about to smile.
Abbie smiles.
Matt smiles!
Matt watching Abbie sleep. Matt is wearing his favorite GREEN pants. We do change his clothes, but he picks this out every time they're clean. Fortunately for him, laundry gets done on an almost daily basis. Can't get behind, can't get behind...
Ben loves playing video games. I think he has even made it to level 17. He has a tiger and a walrus. It is pretty remarkable considering he can't read.
Tummy Time!
Matt wanted to do tummy time too.
The view from above.
Matt watches the babies. He is such a good helper!
Smile babies!
Silly Matt
Ben helped me dress Abbie (hearts) and Clair (brown).
Abbie was so peaceful this morning.
Clair wasn't quite feeling the hat!
Abbie was rockin her hat!
