The Chaos Continues...

The family readiness officer sent an email earlier saying that Dan's boat is safe at sea after the tsunami. They left Hawaii as scheduled, and I don't know where he is at now. Operational security requires them to keep their location off the internet. Dan says it is hot and humid. He also mentioned crossing the international dateline. I get maybe one email a day - this is good for Dan. He is still doing his flights, working in the tower, going to the gym, going to meetings, and reading lots. Depending on where the boat goes, communication from the boat could be turned off to protect their location. Then, I may not hear from him for a while...

As for the rest of us, we are all doing fine. We've all had a bit of a cold. Ben is enjoying school. Matt had his first soccer practice on Monday. Dan really enjoyed the picture I sent to him. I will try to get them on the computer soon. Ben starts soccer tonight. Abbie and Clair are four months old now. Abbie has rolled over from back to front. Clair hasn't yet, but loves to roll up on her side while sleeping. I'm sure she'll get there soon. They can scoot all over and love to make 90 degree turns. Maddie and Lucie love the cooler weather, especially since they can sit out in the fence and watch the neighbors.

All photos are lovely to see. We laughed when we saw the comment about Dan eating snake...somehow it didn't surprize us.

Love to all members of your little family.
