So the boys were sick 3 weeks ago with ear infections. On May 11, they went to a checkup to make sure their ears were clear. I took Abbie and Clair too since Abbie seemed congested. Turns out Abbie tested positive for Strep. The doctor decided to treat both babies. Hard to believe Clair didn't have it since they drink from the same well, share toys... The pediatrician suggested I go to my doctor as well. I was coughing. I tested negative for strep but they put me on medication as well for upper respiratory. On Wednesday, I noticed Clair had a light rash. She has pretty sensitive skin. Next diaper change and it was covering her entire stomach and chest and moving up her neck. Took her to the doctor - allergic to amoxicillin. She then tested positive for strep. The doctor said to watch her breathing and switched her meds. I then had to call my doctor and switch mine as well. Yikes! Today, the rash is much lighter thankfully. I think the amoxicillin is out of our systems. It has been a long 3 weeks. I guess next week will tell if she is allergic to Z packs.
Yesterday, Ben enjoyed his first field day. They had all sorts of crazy events. Soccer ends this weekend. School ends on the Thursday the 26th. He can also take a buddy to karate that night. Guess Matt gets to try it out! Should be funny to say the least. Ben will continue karate into the summer and both boys will start swim lessons. That should be interesting. It sounds like someone isn't sharing... Better run!

Oh goodness, Hollie! Praying for health for all of you!! I am allergic to most antibiotics...penicillin, ceclor, and sulfur drugs. But, I can have those Z-packs or zithromycin or whatever they are called. Hopefully Clair can, too!!
Oh HOllie! I am sorry to hear of the bout of sickness. We just got over our two months of being sick. At least it is nice out to get some fresh air and clear everyone up.
