Eeek!

This has been a long week! We were able to schedule a followup for Abbie on Tuesday after Ben got out of school. It took forever, but the laceration is healing nicely. On Thursday, I took the twins for a walk on the boardwalk at Johnson's beach. We came home and had lunch. Clair had a rash on the backs of her legs. I called the doctor and by the time the nurse called back, it was already looking better. She told me what to watch for and by the time Clair was up from her nap, she was fine. Today, we went for a walk around the neighborhood. While picking Matt up from school, I noticed the rash was coming back. By the time we got lunch, it was on the front and back of her legs. It had raised spots and was hot to touch. I found a friend for Ben to go home from the bus stop with and took the others off to the clinic. No appointment, but I wanted them to see the rash before it faded. We made it and she now (3 hours later) has benadryl and Zantac. We have no idea what she is allergic to. The doctor says it doesn't look like a food allergy. No new soaps or detergents... Seems to happen after walking. Hmmm. Long week.

The twins got their first lollipop today. They liked it. Then they tried to eat the stick...
