Bon Voyage

Dan left for the boat on Friday. We haven't heard from him, and we probably won't until he gets email set up on there. He's not even sure if that'll happen. He should be very busy learning about ship life and doing his night qualifications. They'll be cruising from off San Diego down along the coast of Mexico. He should get home on the 26th.

My sister, Amber, arrived this morning. We quickly picked her up from the airport and headed to Ben's preschool for their 10th Birthday Celebration. Ben's class performed two songs. I'll try to post some pictures and video soon. He did really well. He couldn't find us in the audience until he was walking off stage.

Should be a fun week with Aunt Amber in town. We're hoping to find the boys some Halloween costumes and visit the Pumpkin Patch. We'll also celebrate part 1 of Matt's Birthday on Friday with Amber before she leaves on Saturday. Mimi, Ben, Matt, and I will celebrate part 2 on his actual birthday Sunday. We'll probably do something when his dad gets home Tuesday too. Then, I'm planning to have a party for both boys in November again, but it is impossible to plan anything at our house these days! We'll see if that happens.
